Drawing on her experience leading assessments across a 42-county service area, Dr. Jennifer Williams, Chief Community Engagement and Health Impact Officer for Phoebe Putney Health System in Southwest Georgia, illustrated that CHNAs are much more than regulatory requirements or data collection exercises. At their best, they are opportunities to listen deeply, build trust, strengthen partnerships, and create action plans that improve community well-being.
