Unity for Impact Roundtables: Lessons and Strategies from Nonprofit Leaders

Small nonprofits are navigating big challenges, and you don’t have to do it alone. The Healthy Nonprofit Network hosted a three‑part roundtable series designed to help you stay responsive, grounded, and connected in a rapidly changing environment.

What to Expect

Each session offers a supportive, conversation‑driven space where you can:

  • Get guidance from experienced nonprofit consultants in a small‑group setting.
  • Swap practical solutions with peers who are facing similar challenges—and hear what’s actually working for organizations like yours.
  • Bring your messy, real‑life scenarios and leave with next‑step ideas you can put into action right away. These sessions aren’t lectures—they’re built around your questions, needs, and lived experiences.

Why Roundtables?

Nonprofit leaders thrive when they can learn from one another. This series creates a supportive space to:

  • Strengthen your organization’s ability to respond to uncertainty
  • Expand your network and build collective power
  • Walk away with concrete solutions rooted in nonprofit realities — not just theoretical frameworks

We especially encourage leaders of small nonprofits serving rural, southern communities to participate. The opportunity to share and learn from and with peers is what makes this space unique and valuable!

All health-focused community-based organizations and collaborators are welcome to express interest— we aim to include a range of voices.
